This accreditation sets The Listening School apart in the industry as it is now recognised internationally for offering a service that delivers the valuable competence standards to its customers. To provide the accreditation, CIBN assessed The Listening School methodology, contents and learning outcomes – which are designed to identify and test potential risk in an organisation’s communication, leadership strategy and overall organizational culture. These were evaluated according to industry standards using a suite of CIBN-developed competence assessment methodologies.
