Amongst her numerous leadership positions, she was the Division Lead– Aviation Group within the Corporate Banking Division of Zenith Bank Plc. The Chief Executive Officer of Aloeglobal Lifestyle and Wellness Services and also Chief Executive Officer of Poise Nigeria Limited, Nigeria’s Premier Personality Branding and Communication Company.
She is a certified coach with Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy, member of the John Maxwell Team, and founder of The Listening School, the very first in Africa. For decades I’ve been intrigued by human interaction, and the question of “What is it that creates connection and how or why do we withdraw and disengage from each other?” As I got deeper into my career and had many more interactions in business settings, the follow-up question became, “How does the way we communicate impact how we work with others, lead, make difficult decisions collaboratively, and also show up for the people that we love? "
